No this page is not about the waters in Russia. It's about the entire aspect of seeing water rush down a river, a stream, and rushing out of a dam. The crashing of water against a hard surface and catching the spray & droplets of water on film is a wonderful thing to be able to do. This page has many different photographs of all of this. There are some pictures that look the same, but look a little closer.
